I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I earned my high school degree. I chose this path to support families and provide reliable care.
