We love Lystra! She started working with us as a night nurse when our son was born. She now babysits often for him. He is almost 3.5 years old, and we secured her to be a night nurse with our new baby due in early September. She is compassionate, helpful, and very knowledgeable with infants. I particularly appreciated her with us as a discombobulated, unsure, first-time mom. She kept our son safe and happy, as well as me! As for babysitting, she is better at negotiating with toddlers than I am. She can work with our son and get him to do things, like go to the potty, better than I can. They play hockey and basketball, go to the park, color, and play with his trucks. She is energetic, confident, neat, punctual, responsible, present, and a joy to have in our house.
