About Lysha

Ive been in child care on and off for about 8 years now. I've been an on call nanny for about 2 years that was acquired through word of mouth. I am currently working towards my bachelors in business admin I recently moved to Indiana and have been working at my parent's business but I am missing the playful environment of being a sitter. I have worked with all ages from 6 months old to 16 y/o. I really enjoy finding creative ways to have fun with kids like crafts, science projects, and playing outdoors. I have experience with new parents and I'm happy to relieve any anxieties with extra introductions, being on camera, and sending updates throughout the day when babysitting. I am comfortable with many parenting approaches and willing to follow parents lead in enforcing household rules and expectations. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I'm happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I am Christian so I keep those core values and morals very close to my heart.
