I'm a dedicated and nurturing nanny with 8 years of hands-on experience caring for children from infancy through school age. Lyse is really great. I initially hired her in 2018. My family and I were new to the area and we needed a nanny/date night sitter. Thank goodness we found her. She worked for us until after the pandemic and our circumstances changed. Lyse was great with our girls. She was always on time according to our schedule, and she was even flexible when changes needed to be made last minute. My girls love Lyse and any opportunity I have, I would hire her again.

Lyse is a wonderful caregiver! She is great with our daughter and really engages with her. She got to know what she likes and how to get her to eat, etc. They have a lot of fun together. Lyse is always on time and very communicative. Highly recommend!

We hired Lyse to babysit our 3 kids during the week when our daycare was on vacation. She arrived on time. She took the kids to the park and played games with them. The kids enjoyed having her there for the week!

From speaking with Lyse she seemed nice. A friend had recommended her so I asked her if we could meet, to which she agreed. I contacted her again to make arrangements to meet and didn't hear back from her. I wouldn't hire someone that can't communicate to care for my child. 

Lyse worked for us for a couple of weeks taking care of our 8-month-old son. She was was always on time and very flexible at the time of making scheduling plans. She is a very friendly and fun person and she always managed to distract the little guy when he was being fussy. Lyse seems very comfortable and confident around kids. She has a lot of experience with children of different ages and we had many interesting conversations about parenting. The only reason Lyse is not currently working for us is because our niece came to stay with us for several months and she is helping us with the boy.

Lyse was great with my daughter. My daughter is a social butterfly with children her own age but normally does not make connections with adults as fast. When I came home, after the first time Lyse watched her, my daughter said she wanted to say goodbye to her new friend. Lyse was also great about texting me and giving me updates throughout the evening.


Lyse is very personable and energetic. She keeps up well with my high energy children. She has also done a great job handling tantrums and staying calm with an extremely stubborn child. We have had her watch our children several times and plan to continue.  I would strongly recommend Lyse!

Lyse loves children and has a great persona! Kids just adore her and she is fun to be around! My two daughters ages 8 and 9 absolutely love her!! On days she is not baby sitting my daughters, they look forward to the next time they get to play with Lyse. She is very engaged with the kids. Lyse lives the outdoors and always makes a point to play outside and go for walks weather permitting! Always a fun time with Lyse. I highly recommend her as she is full of life. She is also grounded by her Christian background. This is a plus but she is open to multi cultures and religions!!!!
