Work Experience Description I am a mother of four children ages 10, 7, 4, and 15 months, which has given me hands-on experience caring for children at different ages and stages. Parenting has helped me develop patience, organization, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support individual needs. I have provided childcare and babysitting services on and off for 19 years. During this time, I cared for children of various ages by creating safe environments, planning activities, preparing meals, helping with routines, and building positive relationships with families. I also have 3 years of experience working in a school setting, where I supported students academically, socially, and emotionally. I assisted with classroom routines, encouraged positive behavior, and helped create a supportive learning environment for all students. My combined experience has strengthened my ability to care for, teach, and connect with children.
