About Lynsey

During my four years as a Special Education Paraprofessional with the Chico Unified School District, I gained extensive experience providing personalized, one-on-one support for preschool students on the Autism Spectrum. I worked closely with teaching staff to develop and prepare specialized materials tailored to each student's unique learning style. My background includes reinforcing academic and social skills through patient, direct instruction and assisting in the evaluation of student progress toward key developmental goals.
