I have extensive experience providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including children and young adults with Down syndrome and autism through Chico Unified School District. In this role, I delivered individualized support using ABA-based strategies to promote confidence, structure, and independence in daily routines. I also bring personal experience as a parent of a teenage daughter with cognitive delays, which has deepened my understanding of advocacy, consistency, and real-life skill development. Additionally, I have experience in respiratory therapy and have been CPR and First Aid trained, allowing me to provide safe, attentive care. My background also includes providing supportive services to senior clients, reinforcing my ability to offer dependable, respectful, and hands-on support across age groups.
