I am a CPR certified RN, a compassionate, loving mother of 4 sons and 5 grandchildren, and I have had the blessing of working in the magical world of new moms and babies for over 40 years on Maternity Units and Special Care Nurseries. I helped set up the Lactation Program at IU West in Avon, IN, being there for almost 15 years. I have worked in numbers of states in the US as well as in New Zealand. Most recently, I worked as a Private Nurse Contractor in many homes in Greenville, SC, to facilitate a new mom's rest, assist with breastfeeding, newborn concerns and sleep transitioning. There is nothing I would not do to help make a new mom's life easier, including laundry. I give the care to others as I would give to my own. Ensuring a mom and baby's wellbeing and watching them begin to thrive is truly rewarding. In my spare time, I love connecting with my family, making their fav cookies, writing and poetry.
