About Lynn

I'm an educator with a PhD who works in education and is seeking opportunities to support seniors and their families during the summer. I have a passion for connecting with seniors, learning from their experiences, and helping them maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. I am patient, empathetic, personable, kind, organized, punctual, and dependable. My priority is building trusting relationships while respecting each senior's physical and emotional, independence, personal preferences, and daily routines. I strive to create an environment where seniors feel comfortable, valued, and respected. Communication with families is important to me, and I am happy to provide updates via the method preferred by the family. For over 30 years, I have perfected skills related to de-escalation, managing agitation and compassionate support. My goal is to offer companionship, assistance, and peace of mind while positively impacting the lives of seniors and families I serve.
