I was an Assistant Director for Encompass Child Care, Program Director for the Family Center teaching parent education. I then worked for Brown County Human Services as a case manager for CPS. My skills and strengths include engagement with children, the ability to communicate and build rapport. I have a strong knack connecting with children within minutes. I love the outdoors and staying active. I believe children learn best with routine, structure and consistency.

Lynn has been so wonderful for our family, and we are so sad that she's leaving (due to a change in our circumstances, nothing to do with her). She has cared for our children for the last three months. She cares primarily for our 2.5 year old daughter and 11 month old son, and occasionally also for our 5.5 year old son, too, when he's home from school. She is reliable, flexible, and, most importantly, our children love her. She has been willing to come early or stay late when we needed her, even with only a few days notice. She is great and so patient with our very strong willed two year old. I can't recommend Lynn enough!
