About Lynn

I am a retired teacher's aide, I worked as an aide with developmentally disabled children in a public school and in a school for people with cerebral palsy. I was a house mother in a group home where I took care of kids, ages 8-19, including physical and occupational therapy needs. I completed 2 years of college and I'm a good communicator. It's necessary for any teacher and tutor to have knowledge of a subject, but if they're unable to communicate it to a child, they can't pass on that knowledge. It's crucial to explain information in more than one way or style and I strive hard to use different explanations and phrases to find what works best for an individual!
