I am a semi-retired teacher's aide. I now provide childcare and senior care services. My Experience: •Live-in house mother for 4 children with Cerebral Palsy and developmental disabilities, I did hands-on care and managed the household. •Was an aide for children with special needs in schools and in the federal Head Start program •A companion for 2 senior clients. I hired & scheduled caregivers. I managed medications, dr. appts, bills, property tax, repairs, light cleaning, ran errands. •Provided childcare for 2 children ages 1 & 3. •Provided childcare for 1 child, age 8. I communicate well with kids and I'm an active caregiver; we go for walks and explore nature, go to the playground, use learning toys, play board games. On a personal note, I am a kind, patient person, I have 2 adult children who I visit often. I'm a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and have my own transportation. We would hire Lynn again and highly recommend her to our family and friends. She cared for our 2 and 3 year old daughters, and we couldn’t be happier with her. Lynn is reliable, trustworthy, and very experienced with children. She was attentive, engaging at an age appropriate level, and anticipated both girls needs wonderfully. She was also very responsive, prompt with communication, and very receptive to our care preferences. I’d give her 6 stars if I could. Cheers!
