About Lynn

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is why I am caregiver. For most of my life I've provided compassionate support, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to those I care for. As a former Certified Nursing Assistant and Case Manager, I'm skilled in mobility assistance, dementia care, and hospice services. I also have extensive training in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide regular updates via text or phone, written daily reports, and follow the family's preferred communication method. I'm patient, calm, detail-oriented, and empathetic. Building a connection means understanding your loved one's preferences and history. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I have a college degree and a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
