Hello, I have previous child care experience as a Recreation Leader for an after-school program, where we watched children ages 4-13 years old. Super reliable, not sure she really bonded with my kids, but she was capable & likely would have over time. She was not necessarily sweet or playful with them, more focused on making sure everything was done. Overall worth giving a chance.
