I am a Certified Continuing Care Assistant with 9 years of experience providing compassionate care for individuals of all ages in both long-term care facilities and home health settings. I am skilled in supporting clients with dementia/Alzheimer's, mental and physical disabilities, and those requiring hospice, palliative, or respite care. My services include assistance with daily living needs such as cooking, meal preparation, feeding, dressing, bathing, medication reminders, mobility support, and personal hygiene. I also provide light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and community activities. I am certified in First Aid/CPR, AED, Food Handling, PCA2, Dementia & Alzheimer's care, Palliative Care, and WHMIS.
