About Lynn

I have always loved helping others, and have become especially in love with working with seniors now that my own mom is 83, and I'm her part time care giver. Actually, my love for seniors began 28 years ago when I was a volunteer for meals on wheels, and my homeschooled 7-year-old identical twin daughters and I did a route in our home town as a way to give back. We loved it! I am a certified mental wellness coach, a trained chef with a focus in healthy meals, and I am professional personal assistant specializing in working with seniors, high net families and entrepreneurs. I especially love working one on one, and it's my goal to be that bright spot in someone's day! I have a very positive attitude, I am flexible, patient, an excellent listener and communicator. My number one core value is love.
