I have always had a passion for helping our elderly community. I started by working in a nursing home for 6 years as a recreation leader doing different activities and outings with our residents. I helped take care of my mother in law after she was diagnosed with cancer. I took her to appointments and helped her around the house. I took care of her while she was on hospice, giving her meds and changing her until she passed away. I now currently work with an amazing couple providing morning and night care. I provide assistance to help get my sweet gal ready for the day in the morning and bed at night. I help with meds, transfer, showers, getting dressed, doing hair and makeup, toileting, and various chores around the house. Providing safe quality care is my top priority while caring for seniors.
