I started doing Home Care on Staten Island about 20 years ago when I was introduced to a church director . She grew very fond of me and kept me very busy through the years as I acquired much experience working with many wonderful people. I was blessed to have them in my life. I'm a licensed CNA. Our elderly need to be respected and loved deeply because they still feel everything that anyone else at any age feels. We don't stop feeling emotions because we get old. We need to pay special attention to our elderly and let them know that they are still beautiful, valued, and very special!! Love can move a mountains. It can bring a lagging spirit back to life.
