About Lynette

My starting rate is a little higher than some, but I have many more years of experience than the younger folks and more trainings under my belt as well. I have years of nanny and mom experience. I am trained as a postpartum doula, I am a trained newborn care specialist (NCS), and I've had HNW (high net worth) rotational nanny experience. My main focus and specialty is overnight care for babies 0 to 3 months. I'm also a mom of 5 adopted kiddos (now grown), have 11 years of foster parenting experience & training, and had 3 live-in and 1 live-out nanny positions before the age of 30.
