About Lyndsey

I have over a decade of hands-on childcare experience. I've been a nanny to the same family since their daughter was 6 months old, she's now 7- offering consistent, individualized care and supporting her developmental milestones. I've also worked as a site director at the YMCA for over 3 years, where I've led programs to create a fun, structured, and safe environment for children in grades K-6. In addition to that, I have experience working in daycare classrooms with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. My background blends long-term, personalized care with leadership in group and one on one settings. I'm passionate about supporting children's growth, building trust, positive relationships, and helping them learn and feel supported in every stage of their development!
