My background includes some college, along with certifications as a Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation that may arise. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
