I am an elementary substitute teacher and after school tutor. I am one of the most highly sought after substitute teachers in two different school districts. I maintain the professional ethics of confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment. As a substitute teacher and a professional tutor, I have been successful in mentoring at-risk students. I am able to pinpoint and identify areas of difficulty and strength. I am able to instruct my students on basic developmental skills including goal setting and attainment. I am resourceful, patient, and supportive with an emphasis on creating a nurturing and respectful environment in which each student feels valued and compelled to achieve academic excellence.
