I would not hire Lynda again!!!! I initially had her watch our 7 month old and it was good and then I had her watch all the kids and she could not handle it not once but twice. She doesn't listen to direction or instruction from the parents even when they give her a written schedule. She makes excuse of the baby not sleeping as she is sick which is absolute garbage!!!!! She put the kids to nap when she couldn't handle them middle of the day !!! And said my kids was a Poo show as I'm unable to say the exact works she used. When I questioned her about all of this she tried to go tic for tat when I was late and I was having a medical procedure. I would not hire again after three tries I'm officially done ! Beware parents
