About Lynchae

Nurturing young minds is my greatest joy. I currently work at young explorers Montessori school as a teachers assistant and have experience working with children as young as 3 months old to 13years old. I have a 10-month-old baby girl whom I adore. My passion for fostering children's growth, paired with three years of experience, has solidified my commitment to providing exceptional care. I'm patient, friendly, and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children with board games and puzzles, creating a fun and stimulating environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 0-11, with focused experience in the 1-3 and 4-5 age ranges. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. With some college experience, I am excited to partner with your family and care for your children.
