About Lydienne

With over four years of paid child watch experience at the YMCA, I have developed a strong foundation in caring for children of all ages in a professional setting. Growing up with 10 siblings has given me a deep, personal understanding of the patience, responsibility, and multitasking required to care for multiple children at once. In addition to my work at the YMCA, I've had several past babysitting jobs that have strengthened my skills in keeping kids safe, entertained, and on schedule. I take pride in my ability to enforce household rules respectfully while still creating a warm and fun environment. I also prioritize building meaningful connections with the children I care for, which helps them feel secure and valued while their parents are away. My background makes me confident in my ability to provide reliable, compassionate, and structured childcare.
