Hello! My name is Lydia and I would love to meet you! I have experience babysitting, nannying, and everything in between. I'm currently working full-time in Manhattan, and would love to help out with childcare on weekends or date nights. A bit about me: I am originally from Seattle. I moved to NYC for my Interior Design MFA at Parsons. I currently work in architectural lighting. I custom designed and built all the furniture in my apartment (with a lot of help from my friends - and a lot of favors from folks who have a woodshop). I love art, yoga, the idea of getting into running, cooking, and fashion. With that said - I spent most of last year nannying a 3-year-old boy who loves shovels and trucks, so I'm certain I will get along with your kids no matter their special interests :) Babysitting has helped me create a strong inter-generational community in NYC, and allowed me to make this city feel more like home.
