About Lydia

Hi!! My name is Lydia! I'm currently employed at a daycare so my start time is flexible! My heart is trying to pull me back to nannying/babysitting! I'm looking to fill my week. I'm available, Monday-Friday anytime between 7:30am-6:30 p.m. I've worked with kids since I was 18, and I still find it to be something that I love at 24! I was a nanny for 3. 5 years to a little girl in Arlington heights, Illinois! In a job working with children, I'm looking for a lot of communication! Tell me what your child is like, tell me exactly what I need to do! I love working alongside you as parents! It's fun learning how we can work together to give the best care for your child. Sometimes I'll have ideas and sometimes you will. It's nice to communicate those thoughts because it can be frustrating when we're not on the same page!
