About Lydia

Hi! I am a sophomore at UW-Madison, and I am looking for Summer 2026 employment starting May 11. I'm mostly looking for a job that gives me a set schedule, but I also want my job to not feel like a job! I want to have fun with the kids and make both of our summers safe, memorable, and enjoyable. My first interaction with kids was in a childcare setting. My mom was a nanny while I was growing up, and from then on I was eager to start babysitting on my own. I started babysitting when I was 10 years old and haven't stopped since! If I have free time, I love all things competitive, even if that means having an old fashioned Wii Sports competition! I played softball, basketball, and volleyball (among others) and wish I still played! I take pride in my craftiness, so I will always be down for a new art project to start or new thing to bake. I love to read, watch movies, and listen to country music. I hope to hear from you soon!
