My name is Lydia, and I am currently pursuing my education to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). For nearly five years, I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), gaining hands-on experience supporting individuals as they build meaningful skills and work toward personal goals. I have had the privilege of working with people with diverse needs and abilities, which has strengthened my passion for helping others grow and succeed. I am comfortable using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and have working knowledge of sign language, allowing me to better support individuals who communicate in different ways. I truly enjoy working with people of all ages and believe everyone deserves patience, respect, and encouragement. I am known for being caring, compassionate, trustworthy, supportive, and above all honest, and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families I work with.
