Initial communication good. Scheduled M T W, she confirmed day before. Mon., 8:03 AM she texted said she overslept & would I like her to still come in? I said, "yes, please!" 9:07 she texted, "is it alright if I come in at 12 actually? Sorry for inconvenience & she would make sure to come early on T and W. I called her & said not really okay, please come ASAP. 9:22 AM she texted, "be there soon" 11:11 AM, I texted her to ask what is her ETA! surprised taking her this long, I made it clear on phone I needed her ASAP. She was at my gate at that time. She came fr 11:15 to 4. She was fine with baby. I was working on PC nearby. Said she had problem with friend (immigration) & that's why she was SO late. I asked are you SURE you can come tomorrow because I have another who can come. She ASSURED me. 4:41 asking for pay. Told her we can discuss in morning. I wanted to wait to pay at end of 3 days, not daily. 7:12 AM Tuesday - of course, she cancelled, texted to say she was sick.
