We had the pleasure of having Lydia watch our 14-month-old, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She was incredibly positive, proactive, and teachable throughout the day. She enthusiastically engaged with our toddler in creative play, keeping them entertained and stimulated with new and fun activities. Not only did she handle diapering, meal prep, feeding, and cleanup with ease, but she also took the initiative to tidy up all play areas once they were done. What really stood out was her focus—she never had her phone out and was completely engaged with our child the entire time. She even used naptimes to help with household chores, which was much-appreciated! We’re looking forward to hiring her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable, caring, and energetic nanny.
