About Lydia

Lydia was my father’s caregiver while he was battling Alzheimer’s. At the time, he was non-verbal but mobile. I cannot praise Lydia enough for the extraordinary care and compassion she showed. She even enrolled my father in the local senior community center, ensuring he attended lunch daily to interact with other seniors. She made sure he finished his meals, took him on outings to parks, old town wineries, and shopping malls, and engaged him in activities like coloring and puzzles. She regularly sent me photos throughout the day, which was incredibly comforting and reassuring. Lydia’s responsibilities included assisting my father with mornings, brushing his teeth, dressing him, and accompanying him to the restroom. She is prompt, patient, and treats her clients with the same care and attention she would give her own family. I recall one particular incident: on Lydia’s day off, my father became agitated with another caregiver. That caregiver called Lydia for advice, and she rushed over to comfort him—showing her dedication and advocacy for her clients even on her day off. Lydia truly has a heart of gold. I am deeply grateful for her unwavering support, kindness, and genuine care. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a caregiver who goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of their loved ones.
