About Lydia

I am passionate about helping students feel confident, organized, and successful in school. I understand how challenging it can be to balance demanding academic schedules, extracurricular activities, and the increasingly competitive college application process. My career has focused on helping people navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals. I have led teams in demanding, fast-paced corporate environments and hold an MBA from Yale University. I am especially skilled at breaking complex problems into manageable steps and creating practical systems that help people stay organized and focused. I would bring this same approach to working with students, helping them prioritize their workload, manage their time, reduce stress, and build confidence and independence. My goal is to help students develop skills and habits that will serve them well in school, college, and beyond.
