My first experience working with kids was when I was 11 at my dance studio. I loved teaching them dance moves as well as life lessons such as patience, hard work, and creativity. I worked as an assistant dance teacher with kids from ages 2-14. I met a family through the dance studio that I then started to babysit for. this family consisted of a little girl age 8 and a little boy age 6. I nannied them three summers in a row. I also worked as a preschool assistant teacher during the summer in college, mainly focusing with the age group 4-5. During the day, I would assist with classroom management, work with kids 1 on 1, and help be a recess aide.
