About Lydia

Hello, my name is Lydia and I have worked with children since I was a teenager and have absolutely loved it! I have been a swim coach for children 2+, was a camp counselor for special needs children, worked as a Youth Coach/teacher at the Nats Youth Baseball Academy, was a nanny to 2 wonderful toddler boys (aged 2 and 4), and worked in the K-5 Albemarle EDEP afterschool program from. I also have extensive babysitting experience from ages 0 24 months and am currently a nanny for the sweetest 4-month-old baby boy. I have always enjoyed doing crafts/age appropriate play activities with kids and infants that encourage creativity and learning! I am willing to work with whatever rules/guidelines and preferences you have in regard to your children and promise their safety will always be my top priority and I am CPR and first aid certified. I am available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and would love to help with any babysitting needs you may need!
