About Lydia

With a lifetime of caregiving experience, I bring patience, empathy, warmth, and genuine companionship to those I support. As a mother of four adult children, I understand the importance of creating a caring, respectful, and comfortable environment. I have more than eight years of hands-on senior caregiving experience. For seven years, I helped care for my partner's elderly mother, preparing nutritious meals, keeping things organized, and providing companionship and emotional support. Over the past year, I have worked closely with a family, assisting a husband in caring for his wife and gaining experience supporting both the individual and their spouse. I enjoy art, lifelong learning, and a healthy lifestyle, and believe meaningful connection and engagement contribute greatly to well-being. My daughter is a practicing physician, and healthcare has long been important in my family. I approach caregiving with compassion, attentiveness, and respect for each person's dignity and needs.
