Lydia makes a great nanny for many reasons. From a parent's perspective, she is very professional and easy to communicate with. She was very clear and well spoken with our son so that he would understand transitions, any activities they would do, and expectations she had for him. She sings and plays with a lot of animation that our son loved. Lydia would commit to taking our son on outings whenever time permitted and would adjust location and dress for the weather. Our biggest concern for our son is wanting him to eat well and she was able to get him to eat his full lunch most days. She really understood our priorities and helped us with our own goals.
