Lydia was fantastic! She handled our two-school pickup smoothly, kept both of our kids engaged and happy, and was very communicative throughout. She has the right balance of warmth and energy, and we felt at ease leaving the kids with her. She also stayed proactive during downtime which we really appreciated.
