About Lydia

We were incredibly lucky to have Lydia with our family for over a year, and it’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for her. She cared for our three children (ages 3, 2, and an infant) with genuine love, patience, and joy. She joined us when we had two toddlers and gracefully transitioned into helping with our third baby—seamlessly adapting to the needs of a growing family. She is so much more than just a nanny—she’s kind, thoughtful, dependable, and truly gifted with children. Our kids absolutely adored her. She created a warm, engaging environment rooted in Montessori-inspired play and gentle, faith-based parenting. She respected our values and routines, supported learning and milestones, and made every day feel special. You can tell this is not just a job to her—she truly loves what she does. We cannot overstate how much Lydia has meant to our family. She has been a steady, joyful, and nurturing presence through a season of huge growth and change, and her absence will be deeply felt. Whoever is lucky enough to bring her into their home is gaining someone truly special—someone who will care for their children with heart, skill, and love.
