About Lydia

Hi, I'm Lydia! I have over 10 years of experience babysitting and nannying for children of different ages, and caring for kids has always been something I've truly loved. I later became a licensed occupational therapist and continued working with children professionally in pediatric settings. More recently, I started my own infant development and OT business, and I'm looking for part-time or recurring childcare work alongside growing my practice. I love getting to know each child's personality and finding ways to make them feel comfortable and engaged. I'm very comfortable using play and everyday activities to encourage development, especially in infants and young children. In my free time, I love baking, pottery, hiking, long walks, and spending time with family and friends. I also love bringing those interests into time with kids through outdoor play, crafts, baking, reading, and being silly together!
