Hi! I'm Lydia! I love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children with communication, social, and daily living skills. Before becoming an RBT, I worked as a Special Education Assistant, gaining experience with children of all abilities and learning styles. My discipline style is patient, positive, and consistent. I focus on positive reinforcement, redirection, and teaching children skills to help them feel confident and successful. I also was a volunteer firefighter and am currently BLS certified, so safety and being prepared are always important to me. I'm currently in college working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my mini dachshund, Billie Jean, trying new TikTok recipes, and hanging out with family.
