About Lydia

I'm an upcoming sophomore at Marquette University majoring in Cognitive Science on the pre-med track. I'm passionate about working with children with special needs-something close to my heart, as my sister has both autism and Down syndrome. I grew up in a big, lively household with three older brothers and one older sister. I'm the youngest (and maybe the favorite-but don't tell them!). I did gymnastics most of my life and love staying active, whether working out, being outdoors, or playing with my puppy, Guinness. I've been babysitting since middle school, caring for kids ages 3 to 10. I enjoy playing outside, visiting parks, doing crafts, and keeping kids engaged. I always stay in touch with parents, sending updates and photos throughout the day. Communication and trust are very important to me. I'm also a big animal lover and enjoy being around both dogs and cats!
