About Luz

Hi! I'm Luz, a caring, patient, and reliable childcare professional with experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children of different ages. I currently work with a childcare/nanny agency and have a background in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Early Childhood Education. I started working with children in 2016 during my university practicum and have continued gaining experience in childcare and child development. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and comfortable being themselves. I'm comfortable with daily routines, playtime, reading, arts and crafts, meals, naps, and age-appropriate activities. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, yoga, spending time with my family, and being outdoors. I'm looking for a part-time or flexible position with a family where I can build a trusting relationship and provide loving, dependable care.
