As a childcare provider with two decades of experience, I'm passionate about a nurturing and enriching environment for children to thrive. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which ignited my desire to positively impact young lives. My patient and reserved nature allows me to approach caregiving with a calm and structured demeanor. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparency and regular updates. Parents receive written daily reports, verbal communication during pickup, and prompt text or phone call updates as needed. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care.
