I hired Luz for a deep clean, 4-5 hour cleaning session but she only cleaned for 2 hours and left many things undone. I confirmed my list and how long she'd be cleaning with her so there is no confusion on what my expectations where.
She has so many nice reviews I was really surprised. 
I contacted her to give her a chance to correct things but all she said was, "sorry". 
I'm disappointed.
