Hello families, I'm Luz, though most know me as Lucy. I'm the youngest of five siblings, who enjoys spontaneous adventures, hiking, and spending time with loved ones. I value being open-minded, curious, and empathetic. I also strongly believe in self-care, recognizing that we can best care for others when we also take care of ourselves. I have over a decade of experience supporting infants and toddlers. My top priority is their safety. I strive to create an environment where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. I believe in setting clear consistent boundaries and fostering curiosity through engaging activities. I take time to truly listen and understand each child's needs, emphasizing being present and intentional in every interaction. My goal as a nanny is to help children explore their world while supporting each family's values, routines, and parenting style.
