Luzia and I communicated several times, she suggested that she come by my apartment to give me an estimate and to chat 12/26. at 10.00am. She never turned up and not even a message or text. For me reliability is very important, she's not reliable.

I had to log onto Care.com today for another reason, upon reviewing my account I realized how long I have had our current cleaning lady.  This review is long overdue!!  I hired Luzia in late-2018 via Care.com.  I decided to use the service after several failed cleaners that were found via online ads.  Luzia has been our only cleaning service since then and we are absolutely pleased with her!  She, and sometimes a helper, comes once a month and does our common areas.  She uses her own cleaners and tools, plus my favorite hard wood floor cleaner.  She always has something in her tool bag if we need a certain cleaner (rust stain in the bath tub).  Occasionally we have her do the bedrooms too, she makes a tight bed!!!  A few times she helped with fridge cleaning and laundry too!  She is very punctual and texts if she can come earlier, always flexible.  During COVID19, she has been super careful always with a mask and gloves.  She handles taking out our trash and recycling too!

Luiza was suppose to meet me to go over an estimate for cleaning my home but never showed up. I took time off of work to come home early to meet her. I had to reach out in order to even find out that she wouldn't be showing up. There was no miscommunication in the day or time we were suppose to meet. She brushed it off like it was nothing and wanted me to take even more time off to meet her later in the week. My business and time were not important to her. I would not recommend her

Luzia is great. She is always punctual, brings her own equipment. She does a thorough and great job. I highly recommend Luzia for your cleaning needs.
