My wife and I were due for a much needed date night, so I posted a job on care. Luz accepted the job, which was great to see considering we have hired her in the past and had a wonderful experience. However, after multiple attempts to confirm the appointment, Luz never responded which forced us to cancel the job and look elsewhere. Ultimately, we had to cancel our plans because of her lack of communication.
