About Luz

I am a mother of a 24-year-old daughter. I have cared for children of all ages, including special needs children, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I am a trained fiber artist and ceramicist and some of the activities I most like to do with children are arts and crafts projects. I am an accomplished cook at home, and I have also worked in several restaurants over the years. I am in good shape and I like to take daily walks and go explore the area. In addition to numerous babysitting responsibilities over the years, thanks to my Honduran teachers' training and supplementary university degree in the US, I have taught children in the elementary school classroom in both Spanish, English and Art. I take Covid19 very seriously, so I would be doing my best to keep your child healthy, safe and happy taking all the advice and precautions of the CDC.
