Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting independence and well-being as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm passionate about providing reliable care to families. I have worked with clients that have Special Needs, Dementia, and also Parkinson's. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's written daily reports or verbal updates. Respecting independence is key to building a strong connection. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm happy to provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. With some college education, I'm prepared to provide the best care for your loved ones.
